Returning to the Lord

Today church service was great.

Pastor didn't spend any time speaking on the sermon. But he brought us back to the Lordship of Christ in our lives. Just a few minutes of his sharing and then he opened up the altar for ministry. It was packed as many people, including myself, went up to rededicate our lives back to Jesus.

Think it's also about time I rededicate myself back to God... cause as I start work, I'm starting to lose focus. Want to spend quiet time, but just keep on procrastinating like my students. So my spiritual life just went a bit downhill. But thank God for his mercy, and Jerome released the Word in Romans 12:1-2 to me.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, peasing and perfect will. " - Romans 12:1-2
